HISTORY
ITACA was established in 2012 by its founding partner, Ulisses Castro. In 2017 and 2018, Daniel Carvalho, Deborah Gomes and Pedro Motta joined ITACA, bringing their extensive experience in the financial and power sectors.
In 2020, ITACA strengthened and expanded its team and businesses, with the opening of a branch in Brasília and a new office in Flamengo - Rio de Janeiro.

Managing Director
Founding partner of ITACA. Mr. Castro graduated in Business Administration from FGV-SP, participated in structuring financing for infrastructure projects in Brazil and Latin America exceeding R $ 100 billion.
DANIEL CARVALHO
Head - Financial Analysis
Holder of a BS in Accounting. Mr. Carvalho has lengthy experience in the electric sector through noteworthy companies in the sector.
Mr. Carvalho actively participated in the financial evaluation of projects that exceed R $ 15 billion.
DÉBORAH GOMES
Head - Structured Finance
Holder of a BA in Economics and post-grad in Finance.
Ms. Gomes has experience in the main Brazilian state-owned companies, having worked in structuring financing for the main Furnas projects.
PEDRO MOTTA
Senior Advisor
Holder of a BS in Engineering by UFRJ. Mr. Motta worked for 30 years managing energy projects, having served as a director of renewable energy projects exceeding 800 MWs.

Mr. Marinho has experience in financials, equity strategy, asset management and structured finances.

Holder of a BA in Economics by UFRJ and post-grad studies in Corporate Finance. Mr. Bulhoes has experience with financial planning and is part of the Valuation team. Mr. Bulhoes previously worked as Financial Planning Analyst at Rede DÓr and Hotel Urbano.

Holder of a BA in Business Administration from FGV-SP. Mr. Carvalho joined Itaca in 2020, as part of the Financial Analysis team.

Ms. Oliveira holds a BA in Statistics and Accounting by University of Brasilia. Ms. Oliveira has experience with accounting, taxing and comptrolling. Ms. Oliveira previously worked at Sicoob and the Senate of Brazil. Ms. Oliviera is part of the Accounting team at Itaca.

Graduated in Economic Sciences by UCB, MBA in Financial Management: Controlling and Auditing by FGV and Postgraduate in Project Management by UNICEUB
Ms. Marques has 11 years of experience in the financial, accounting, and administrative areas. Ms. Marques previously worked at Poupex, Ponto Frio and Brasil Telecom.

Holter in Administration from PUC Minas. Experience in supporting the commercial area, customer service, creating reports for strategic decision making, implementing Power BI, creating Dashboards, SQL, Salesforce, SharePoint.
